Why Do Bees Swarm ?

Why Do Bees Swarm ?

In a colney of bees there can be around 10,000 to 50,000 in a large size and around 1,000 to 2,000 in a average size. In one colney there is one queen and a colney can only fit one queen. When a new queen comes along the other queen takes some bees away and swarms. Queens need lots of reat and stop on a bush or branch.

These picturesare are swarm that were at our school.
